Mazal Tov and welcome to Lou's website.
Music and Entertainment is Lou's life passion. He performed on live television when he was a mere 10 years old, and has never looked back.
Lou grew up in the San Fernando Valley in California. He is a proud Valley Torah High School graduate.
He then went on to learn in Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in Jerusalem, Israel. While there, he had the privilege to train vocally under the distinguished Shelly Abrams where he studied Classical, Italian and Jewish styles of music.
In 1999, Lou began his studies at Yeshiva University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. During his final year, he served as President of the YU student body and opened for the 2001 YU Hanukkah concert which featured Avraham Fried, Shloime Dachs and Shalsheles. In 2002, he went on to study law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
During his six years in New York, he sang with well known acapella groups including Kol Zimra, Bitachon and Negina Orchestra. He was also a member of the Baalei Tefilla rotation at Ohev Tzedek on New York's Upper West Side.
All this experience has led Lou to where he is today - singing and inspiring at weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, while providing lively and high quality entertainment. One of Lou's main ambitions while performing is to provide the most current Jewish music hits while at the same time rekindling the classics.
Lou currently resides in the Pico/Robertson area of Los Angeles with his wife and son and is a practicing attorney.
